  • The UK Critical Care Reesrach Group (UKCCRG) is a multi-disciplinary group of healthcare professionals working in research in the critical care setting.

  • Personal details - name and email address

  • Research profile (Google Scholar, ResearchGate and/or ORCID id)

  • Professional affiliation - university and/or hospital

  • Research group - name, website, twitter account

  • Conference attendance practices

  • Your research - interests, experience, publications and collaborators

3. How do we collect your data

  • We collect your data when you complete the registration form on the UKCCRG website. In addition, if you register for the annual meeting (UKCCRF - UK Critical Care Research Forum), we will also collect this information via this registration.

  • We use Google analytics to review use of the UKCCRG website, although this information is not traceable to an individual.

4. How will we use your data?

  • We use your data to build a profile of researchers active in critical care across the UK, and to help match potential collaborators in the field.

5. How do we store your data?

  • Your data is stored securely on the servers of our webhost located in the USA.

  • Officers of the UKCCRG may download this information to work on it locally in a secure fashion.

6. What are your data protection rights?

  • The right to access - You have the right to request UKCCRG for a copy of your personal data.

  • The right to rectification - You have the right to request that UKCCRG correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request UKCCRG to complete information you believe is incomplete.

  • The right to erasure - You have the right to request that UKCCRG erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that our company restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to UKCCRG processing your data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability - You have the right to request that UKCCRG transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
